The photo provided on line was quite deceptive. I believed I was purchasing something far removed from that which appeared at the service. The 'dish' was a cheesy, flimsy basket, and the plants were not even remotely similar to what was advertised. The tasteful arrangement displayed on line ended up being a totally lame version of a grocery store plant destined for the trash. I am nothing short of unimpressed.

I asked that this be delivered on a certain day, but it wasn't. The recipient had to go pick it up 3 days after it was supposed to have been delivered.

I ordered this for my uncle's funeral. The florist was very quick to let me know they didn't have the dish and would substitute it out. It looked great when my aunt received it.

This is what I ordered!!! This is not what I got!!! It only had 2 different small plants in it and was in a different container. So you don't get what you order. Very disappointed!!!!

The item that was received looks absolutely NOTHING like this picture. The arrangement came in a small wicker basket, not this vase, contained fresh flowers mixed in with some live plants. I was very disappointed and would never had ordered this if I had known it would turn out the way it did.

I would highly recommend this Small Garden Dish. The size is perfect and the plants in it are easy to take care of. Container was different but was satisfied with the container they used for the funeral. I personally did not see it but was told by family members that it was lovely. Thank you!

It was surprising how simple and quick this transaction occurred. The product was delivered 800 miles away so there's no way to critique the product itself. Also, the cost was equivalent, or less, than visiting a local florist and ordering through them.

I was very happy to see the arrangement made it to the funeral home and was beautiful. The Sympathy Store and site were extremely easy to use for the price. I like that there were quite a variety of selections. I am a plant person so I appreciated the variety and the various price ranges. I highly recommend this service. It lets the family know you care, even after the final good-bye.
