Lisa Pilato, loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, 58, of Bradenton, Florida passed away on May 12, 2022. Lisa was raised in Webster, New York and graduated from a Christian high school. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ashford University in San Diego, California and retired from American Airlines. She was a member of New Day Christian Church and she enjoyed volunteering for ministries there. She also loved to help her mother with the homeless ministry. Lisa is survived by her father, Joseph Pilato of Bradenton; her mother, Nancy Pilato, also of Bradenton. Other survivors include her beloved sons, Vincent Pilato (Kaila) of Greer, South Carolina and Joey Pilato (Zulla) of Port Charlotte, Florida; sister, Jodi Brezenski (Albert) of Gastonia, North Carolina; brother Michael Pilato (Sheila) of Palmetto, Florida; brother, Joseph Pilato (Stacey) of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; grandchildren, Seanna and Caleb Pilato of Greer, South Carolina; and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Vincent and Kaila are expecting a baby girl who will have the middle name “Lisa” in honor of her grandmother. Lisa will be very missed but she is now resting at peace in the arms of Jesus! A Celebration of Life for Lisa will be help on Saturday, May 28 at 7:00pm at New Day Christian Church in Port Charlotte, Florida.
