Landon Eric Durrance

Landon Eric Durrance was born to Bruce Eric Durrance and Tracy Lee Segal on February 21, 1993 in Tallahassee, Florida. On May 23, 2021, at the age of 28, Landon left this earth long before his family and friends could ever have imagined. Landon loved exploring the great outdoors with his friends and family. Going to the beach, kayaking, camping, swimming, and anything else that allowed him to soak up fresh air and sunshine. He loved music ….listening to it, playing the drums, and going to concerts. His taste in music was wide ranged. He could find something he liked in just about every genre. His smile would light up the room and he had the most beautiful kaleidoscope eyes. He gave the best hugs in the world and was the most caring and loving soul. If you knew him you loved him. Landon is survived by his father Eric Durrance and stepmom Jennifer; his mother Tracy Segal; his sisters Destiny Segal and Natalie Durrance; grandparents Bruce and Sherry Durrance, Debbie and Bobby Jett, Larry Smith and Sandra Dunning; his uncle Shawn Smith and his wife Shannon and his aunt Blair Jett, who was more like a sister to him; cousins Logan Smith, Brett Smith, Grady Smith, and Cailyn Jett; and too many friends to list that are his family. Landon is preceded in death by his stepfather Jason Segal who loved him like a son and his beloved dog Little Lady Durrance. Landon will struggle no more. He will spend eternity enjoying the peace of the great outdoors. Although he is not here physically, he will always be with his family and friends. When you find yourself at the beach or doing any of the other things Landon loved to do, you will feel his presence. He will send you a sign. Smile, knowing that he has found peace. A Celebration of Landon's Life will be held on Saturday, June 5 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at The Fish Camp, located at 12062 Waterfront Drive, Tallahassee, FL.
