James Kelly Hay, better known as "Kelly" and "Uncle Kelly", 48, of Tallahassee, FL died Friday, 02/26/2021. Kelly was born in Pensacola, FL on 4/05/1972, and made his way to Tallahassee, FL where he lived most of his adult life. Kelly lived and loved hard. He was young at heart, and could make a joke out of anything. Kelly is missed, loved, and survived by many including his significant other Kyla Fountain, and his niece Delanna Hay.
