Anthony Paul Rawls, 35 of Panama City died Saturday Oct. 26, 2019 in Tallahassee. Anthony was a native of Tampa, he was a U S Air Force veteran serving as a Airborne Radar Technician. Anthony was a graduate of FSU with his bachelors degree in science. There will be a celebration of his life on November 2, 2019 at Noon in Panama City. The location to be confirmed in the near future. Anthony's family is being assisted by Skip Young and cared for by Jackie Fulford.
